  • Duplicate payment made for the same billing cycle.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after service activation or installation.
  • Partial usage of a plan or package before cancellation.
  • Third-party charges (such as add-on services or external subscriptions).

4. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please follow the steps below:

  2. Provide your account number, payment details, and a brief explanation of the problem.

  4. If approved, the refund will be issued within 7–14 business days via the original payment method.

5. Service Cancellation and Prorated Refunds

Customers who cancel an ongoing service before the end of the billing cycle may be eligible for a prorated refund only if the service was not fully utilized. Installation, activation, and administrative fees are non-refundable.

6. Payment Disputes

If you notice unauthorized or incorrect charges, please report them immediately. Telecom connect will investigate and resolve valid claims promptly. Filing a dispute directly with your bank before contacting us may delay the resolution process.

7. Promotional and Discounted Plans

Refunds are not applicable on promotional, discounted, or bundled plans unless explicitly stated in the offer’s terms. Any bonus data, cashback, or rewards linked to such offers will also be voided if a refund is issued.
